Challenge

We had previously worked with J&I on one of their sub-companies, Grease Gone, and they wanted to revisit their main website to bring a consistent feel across the two. Although they have a huge client base this was all built by word of mouth and the website was generating little traffic.

Solution

Having worked with this client previously we were already well versed in their branding and vision, this streamlined the process somewhat. The team referenced and reutilised some of the elements and assets created for the Grease Gone website which enabled the websites to convey a consistent image. Having seen success from the marketing of the Grease Gone website, the client also wanted us to start pushing the visibility of the new site so this was passed over to our marketing team post launch.

The new image of the J&I Cleaning website is refreshing and the client has received much positive feedback. Their customers are now able to book their recurring cleans through the website which has helped them grow tremendously. They are also receiving significant new enquiries through the website which is an avenue they had no traction in prior to starting the project!
